If you are not familar with Content Management Systems you will be thrilled at the capability that they possess. They are just like websites but are technically full blown web applications that enable you to do many more things that would normally require a team of highly skilled web programmers in order to acheive the same results. However, the primary difference with having a CMS is that you don't need the team of web programmers you just do it yourself!

Let's just say that the boss just came to you and said that he wanted you to update the website by adding three more pages, two podcasts, and a video about the new product line to be released. What would you do? With a CMS you would simply log onto the admistrative back end, upload the podcasts and the video, add the pages and then link in the multimedia. It's that simple! With a little previous practice of course!
